A dominant Waratah Cricket Club will face a resilient Darwin Cricket Club in the Darwin & Districts Cricket Competition (DDCC) Casuarina Club Cup One Day final at Marrara Cricket Ground on Sunday 21 May.

Darwin Cricket Management Board Chairperson Paul Allen is looking forward to the match. “We have two very strong teams in the One Day final again this year, and with Darwin looking to defend their 2016 title, I’m sure it’s going to be an exciting match.

“Waratah have the in-form Brad Schmulian and James Seymour on hand while Darwin will be drawing on their consistent performers in Luke Zanchetta, Luke Shelton and Phil Tunnecliffe,” he said.

The match will commence at Marrara Cricket Ground at 11am. Entry is free.
