NT Cricket is a not-for-profit organisation that strives to grow the game of cricket at all levels in the Territory. To achieve our goals we rely heavily on support from our local business community. Sponsorship opportunities also exist for organisations who wish to support individual players who represent the Territory at national carnivals.

Cricket Australia is proud to partner NT Cricket in the delivery of cricket at both the participation and elite levels: the Imparja Cup, in2CRICKET, Arafura Games, Australian Country Cricket Championships and Volunteer Recognition are just some of the areas we work closely on. The fantastic cricket facilities now in place allows both International and Domestic Cricket to be hosted in the NT.
The NT Government is proud to make a significant financial contribution towards cricket throughout the NT: peak body funding, facility maintenance, Grassroots funding, development program support & event sponsorship. In addition, a grant of more than $2m for Marrara Cricket Ground facility developments, as well as other facility grants for TIO Stadium net upgrades & Traeger Park improvements.

The Lord Taverners NT Branch was established in 1982 and has a strong focus on “Giving the Young and Disadvantaged a Sporting Chance”. The Lord Taverners is proud to have assisted in the construction of the Lord Taverners training facility at Marrara Cricket Ground. We also support Indigenous Cricket, Women’s Cricket and Young Talented cricketers in the NT.
One of Casuarina All Sports Club’s founding members is NT Cricket and we are proud long-term supporters of Cricket. We offer two fully equipped bars, gaming machines, bistro, bottleshop, TAB, NT Keno and multiple television screens to catch every sporting event. Our profits are divided between the four founding Clubs so every time you frequent the Club, you give back to the community!

The NO MORE campaign uses sport to change the way the public views domestic and family violence. The linking of arms is a symbolic statement demonstrating that all sportspeople who link up are committed to ending the violence.
The Cricket Australia Sports Development Program is a joint initiative between Cricket Australia, NT Cricket and SEDA. The program offers year 11 and 12 students an engaging curriculum within the Sport & Rec industry. Students create pathways for their future into employment or further study.
