NT Cricket has a range of employment opportunities which support the development and administration of cricket throughout the Northern Territory.

 

NT Cricket is now recruiting for the following Darwin based positions:

Head of Facilities and Head of Pathways

 

Head of Facilities (based in Darwin)

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Facilities is a key member of the executive team and is responsible for the development, management and upkeep of all NT Cricket controlled wickets, ovals and facilities.  The role has a heavy focus on wicket curation and turf management, however is also required to manage the Marrara Cricket Ground and Palmerston Sports Ground facilities, inclusive of facility and equipment maintenance.

Applications are invited from suitably experienced and qualified Curators who can lead a team to deliver objectives for NT Cricket.

Head of Pathways (based in Darwin)

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Pathways is a key member of the executive team and is responsible for leading a team to manage the alignment, promotion, development and implementation of Cricket Pathways programs for male and female players, coaches and umpires at all levels of the game.  The role works in close partnership with the NT Cricket Head of Community Cricket to deliver programs, tournaments and activities. The Head of Pathways also works in partnership with the Northern Territory Institute of Sport (NTIS) and Cricket Australia (CA) and has a strong emphasis on planning and achieving business objectives and driving organizational culture.  The Head of Pathways is based in Darwin and is required to travel regularly in the course of the role.
