Alice Springs Cricket returns to the field this Saturday after the Christmas break following the completion of the T20 Competition. Teams now head into the longer One Day format and having already played the first three rounds early in the season, there is a lot to play for in Round 4.

Federals, fresh off their T20 Premiership victory, will take on Works at 12.30pm at Jim McConville Oval on the synthetic pitch. Works have started its One Day campaign in blistering form and currently sit on top of the ladder after two comprehensive wins, one of which coming against Federals. Federals will be looking to correct the Round 1 result against Works where they were bowled out for 42 and watched Works chase the total only one wicket down.

In the other match, the Alice Tigers will be looking to find their first win in any format against reigning One Day Premiers Wests. The two teams have meet once so far this season with Tigers all out for 99 and Wests chasing the total with 7 wickets in hand. The game will be at Albrecht oval with the first ball bowled at 3pm.

The B- grade will see Works playing Rovers at 12.30pm at Flynn Drive oval and Federals taking on the Alice Tigers at the same time on Rhonda Diano Oval. Tigers are showing the way to the other clubs sitting on top of the ladder ahead of Wests and Rovers.

The C- Grade competition has three matches on this weekend with Federals Red playing Rovers at CDU Oval and Works taking on Wests at Ross Park, both games starting at 1pm. The final match will be on Sunday at Rhonda Diano Oval with Federals White taking on the Alice Tigers starting at 1pm.

The Women's competition will recommence on Thursday 3 February.
