Challenge Series is back for 2023!

Adelaide’s Scotch College will travel to Darwin to take part in the annual Challenge Series against a Northern Territory squad.

Now in its third year, the Challenge Series is designed to provide Darwin cricketers with the opportunity to play against interstate players ahead of the upcoming Under 17 National Championships which are scheduled for early January 2024.  

For Scotch College student’s the trip to Darwin provides the opportunity to play games and gain valuable match time prior to the South Australian cricket season commencing.  

This series, scheduled to take place from Sunday 1 October to Friday 6 October, will be played in a combination of One Day and T20 matches at DXC Arena in Marrara.  

The NT U17 squad will be led by 2023 NT Strike and Desert Blaze Assistant Coach Himesh Silva.
