"Having played the game since I was 4, I have genuinely enjoyed moving into the coaching space and being able to give back to the game that has given me so much," Said Jack

“I spent a couple of years playing and coaching cricket in the UK, and am genuinely passionate about making a difference in young cricketers' lives.

Jack's extensive cricketing background and coaching experience will be instrumental in nurturing young talent and fostering a love for the game in Darwin and beyond.

Kesh Keerthi - Growth and Participation Lead (Alice Springs)

Kesh Keerthi, our Growth and Participation Lead based in Alice Springs, brings a unique perspective to NT Cricket. For Kesh, cricket is more than just a sport; it's a spiritual gateway.

"I used to travel close to 2 hours by train to access daily quality cricket coaching and playing experience in Chennai, India," said Kesh.

“A few of my mates and I started a local cricketing club to encourage cricketers from lower-class backgrounds to come forward and play cricket in better facilities. This was the start of my passion towards community development through cricket."

For me, the cricket field is like a temple which oozes calmness and tranquility and I want to be able to help enable others to experience that feeling and grow Territorians love for the game
