Prav Thalagampala (Communications & Digital Coordinator), Jack Doyle (Growth & Participation Lead, Darwin), and Kesh Keerthi (Growth & Participation Lead, Alice Springs) will play vital roles in shaping the future of cricket in the Northern Territory in their newly created roles as we strive to unite and inspire our community through cricket.
Prav Thalagampala - Communications & Digital Coordinator
Prav Thalagampala joins NT Cricket as our Communications and Digital Coordinator. With a deep-rooted love for the sport, Prav is enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the cricketing community in the Northern Territory.
"I am overwhelmed to work for the sport I love the most and to be a part of this amazing team," said Prav.
Prav's dedication to cricket and his skills in content creation will undoubtedly help NT Cricket reach new heights in engaging with fans, players, and the broader community.
Jack Doyle - Growth and Participation Lead (Darwin)
Jack Doyle has recently moved to the Territory and commences as our Growth and Participation Lead based in Darwin.
Bringing a lifelong connection with cricket and a passion for coaching to his role, Jack has been around cricket for as long as he can remember and is eager to get into his role and inspire kids from all backgrounds to fall in love with and play the game.
"Having played the game since I was 4, I have genuinely enjoyed moving into the coaching space and being able to give back to the game that has given me so much," Said Jack
“I spent a couple of years playing and coaching cricket in the UK, and am genuinely passionate about making a difference in young cricketers' lives.
Jack's extensive cricketing background and coaching experience will be instrumental in nurturing young talent and fostering a love for the game in Darwin and beyond.
Kesh Keerthi - Growth and Participation Lead (Alice Springs)
Kesh Keerthi, our Growth and Participation Lead based in Alice Springs, brings a unique perspective to NT Cricket. For Kesh, cricket is more than just a sport; it's a spiritual gateway.
Based in Alice Springs, Kesh will use his passion and commitment to community development through cricket to drive and grow participation activities across the community.
"I used to travel close to 2 hours by train to access daily quality cricket coaching and playing experience in Chennai, India," said Kesh.
“A few of my mates and I started a local cricketing club to encourage cricketers from lower-class backgrounds to come forward and play cricket in better facilities. This was the start of my passion towards community development through cricket."
As NT Cricket continues to grow and evolve, we are confident that Prav, Jack and Kesh will play pivotal roles in shaping the future of cricket in the Northern Territory.
Their passion, skills, and dedication will undoubtedly help us achieve our mission of promoting and developing cricket in this beautiful part of Australia and we look forward to the positive impact they will make in our cricketing community.
