The 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Northern Territory Cricket and 4th as a NT Cricket Limited was held at 10am on Saturday 15 November at Mercure Darwin Airport Hotel.
President Mr Stuart Kenny and Chief Executive Officer Mr Gavin Dovey provided an update to members on the last 12 months of activity of the company. Full details, including of the 2025 Financial Statements, can be found in the 2024/25 Annual Report which is available on the NT Cricket Website here.
In line with the Nominations Committee recommendation and in accordance with the NT Cricket Constitution, Member Elected candidates Mr Michaell Trull (3-years), Ms Annie Andrews (2-years) and Mr Stuart Kenny (3-years) were duly elected from the close of the AGM. The Board of Directors re-appointed Mr Rick Fletcher for a further 1-year term.
The NT Cricket Board currently comprises of 8 Directors including Mr Stuart Kenny (President), Mr Michael Trull (Vice-President), Mr Andrew Moo, Ms Jo Fitzpatrick, Ms Annie Andrews, Mr Rick Fletcher, Mr Tom Slattery and Mr Simon Matthias.
The Board will now pursue a suitably qualified person to fill the one (1) vacant Board Appointed position in line with the current Board Skills Matrix and forthcoming gender equity targets mandated by the Australian Sports Commission.
The draft 2025 AGM Minutes will be available to Members following the next Board Meeting, scheduled for February 2026.
