All funds raised on the night support Taverners NT in continuing their work to expand access and opportunity through sport.

Own a piece of Territory sporting history. This framed Men’s T20 International team playing shirt, officially signed by the full squad, commemorates the moment international cricket returned to the Northern Territory after a 17-year absence. Featuring the plaque tagline “International Cricket Returns”, this is one of just three such shirts in existence. Bidding will be exclusive to those in the room, making this a rare opportunity that can only be secured by attending the event.

What Taverners NT Have Helped Support at NT Cricket

For more than 20 years, Taverners NT have been a valued partner of NT Cricket. Their support has helped create more opportunities for Territorians to participate in sport, enabling inclusive cricket programs to reach communities across the Northern Territory.

In 2025 alone, NT Cricket delivered more than 35 school programs, engaging nearly 5,000 students across Darwin, Alice Springs and a wide range of remote communities including Lajamanu, Kalkarindji, Yarralin, Beswick, Jilkminggan, Yuendumu, Ti Tree and Belyuen. Expanded outreach also saw more than 500 Indigenous primary school students in Central Australia take part in entry-level cricket programs.

Support from Taverners NT has also played an important role in the continued growth of women’s and girls’ cricket, contributing to record participation across all programs.

The partnership remains central to major events such as the Imparja Cup, Australia’s oldest and largest Indigenous cricket carnival, which in 2026 is going to bring together more than 300 players, coaches and officials in Mparntwe (Alice Springs).

Exactly why this is an event worth supporting, a great night out, backed by an organisation that continues to make a real difference across the Territory.
