Meet and Play with the Aussie Women’s Cricket Team Right Here in Darwin!
Northern Territory Cricket is excited to welcome fans to DXC Arena on Monday 26 May for a unique opportunity to meet the Australian Women’s Cricket Team, currently in the Northern Territory as part of their 2025 ICC World Cup preparations.
For those wanting to get involved, Week One of Social Cricket for under 16 boys and girls will kick off from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, alongside a one-off cricket clinic for over 16 men and women.
This will be followed by a live Q&A session, player signings, and a free BBQ for attendees running through to 7:30pm. Everyone is welcome, including boys, girls, families and cricket fans of all ages, to be part of this special opportunity to meet the world’s most successful Women’s cricket team in the heart of the Top End.
The team’s visit is part of a five-day pre-tournament camp and cultural tour in the Northern Territory, ahead of their campaign to defend their title at the 2025 ICC Women’s World Cup in India.
Among those expected to attend are Alyssa Healy, Ellyse Perry, Ashleigh Gardner, Beth Mooney, Tahlia McGrath, Megan Schutt and Georgia Wareham, just to name a few.
