The Study NT Top End T20 Series returns to Darwin from Friday 21 to Sunday 30 August 2026, bringing 30 matches and 10 days of T20 cricket to the Northern Territory.
Nine teams from Australia and around the world will compete across Darwin, bringing together international representatives, national high-performance programs, Australian domestic teams, emerging players and some of the brightest talent in T20 cricket.
Each team will play six regular-round matches before the top four teams progress to Finals Day on Sunday 30 August.
With matches scheduled across the day and into the evening, supporters can watch some of world cricket’s most exciting emerging talent while experiencing Darwin during the Top End dry season.

The tournament provides a rare opportunity for Territory supporters to watch international teams, Australian domestic players and emerging talent compete in the same event.

The Season Pass provides access to every regular-round match from Friday 21 to Saturday 29 August.
The Season Pass does not include Finals Day.

Finals Day Pass: $15
The Finals Day Pass provides access to both semi-finals and the Grand Final on Sunday 30 August.
Children under 18: Free
Entry is free for children and young people under 18 throughout the tournament, including Finals Day.
Relevant entry requirements and ticket conditions still apply.
FINALS FORMAT
Every team will play six matches during the regular rounds.
Teams will receive competition points based on their match results, with ladder positions determined under the tournament playing conditions.
At the end of the regular rounds, the top four teams will qualify for Finals Day:
1st v 4th
2nd v 3rd
Semi-final winners progress to the Grand Final
The semi-finals and Grand Final will all be played on Sunday 30 August.
Supporters travelling to Darwin, or locals planning to make a full weekend of it, may want to keep Monday 31 August free after a full day of finals cricket.

Matches will be played across five Darwin and Top End cricket grounds.
DXC Arena - 155 Abala Road, Marrara
DXC Arena is the home of Northern Territory Cricket and will host regular-round matches, finals and the 2026 Grand Final.
DXC Arena 2
Located alongside DXC Arena within the Marrara sporting precinct.
DXC Arena 2 will host selected regular-round matches and Finals Day cricket.
TIO Stadium - 70 Abala Road, Marrara
Selected tournament matches will be played at TIO Stadium. Spectator entry for cricket matches at TIO Stadium will be through the Bonson Gates.
Gardens Oval - 66 Gilruth Avenue, The Gardens
Located close to Darwin’s city centre and the Mindil Beach precinct, Gardens Oval will host selected afternoon matches.
Gerry Wood Oval, Freds Pass - 20 Bees Creek Road, Freds Pass
Gerry Wood Oval will host NT Strike v Adelaide Strikers on Sunday 23 August. Entry to this match is free.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Gates are scheduled to open one hour before each match begins.

Tournament venues are cashless. Supporters should bring a debit card, credit card or compatible mobile payment method.
Food and drinks
Food and beverage options will be available at tournament venues, with halal and multicultural food choices offered at selected matches.
Specific vendors and menu options may vary by venue and match, with further details to be shared ahead of the tournament.
Outside alcohol and glass are not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside tournament venues. Designated smoking areas may be available outside the venue.
