DDCC Celebrates Territory’s Best at 2025 Senior Presentation Night

The Darwin and Districts Cricket Competition (DDCC) honoured its top performers and club contributors at the 2025 Senior Presentation Night, with Jacob Dickman and Katie Sherriff claiming the competition’s highest individual honours.

Darwin Cricket Club captain Jacob Dickman capped off a superb year by winning the prestigious Ralph Wise Medal, awarded to the A-Grade best and fairest. Dickman, who scored 815 runs at an average of 74.09, became the first local player to claim the medal since teammate Jake Weatherald in 2015.

In the women’s competition, Nightcliff Cricket Club’s Katie Sherriff was named Women’s Cricketer of the Year after a dominant campaign where she amassed 846 runs at an average of 94, setting the standard across the competition.
