NT Cricket acknowledges and congratulates the Alice Springs Cricket Association players who have been selected to represent Alice Springs at the upcoming South Australia Cricket Senior Country Cup, to be held in Adelaide and surrounding regions from Monday 9 February to Thursday 12 February.
The annual Country Cup brings together leading senior men’s country cricket representative teams from across South Australia, with Alice Springs once again the sole interstate side competing in the carnival.
The Alice Springs squad will compete in Pool A alongside Eyre Peninsula, Fleurieu and Districts, and Northern, with matches scheduled across several metropolitan and regional venues.
NT Cricket recognises the achievement of all players selected in the Alice Springs Cricket Association squad and acknowledges the ongoing role of local clubs, volunteers, and administrators in supporting representative cricket opportunities in Central Australia.
The squad will be captained by Michael Klein-Boonschate (Federal Cricket Club) and coached by Kim Dick (West Cricket Club). Support staff include Bradley Coleiro (West Cricket Club) and Sean McComas (Alice Tigers Cricket Club).
