29 matches available across T Sports television and digital platforms
T Sports and Northern Territory Cricket today announced an exclusive broadcast partnership for the 2026 Study NT Top End T20 Series, bringing 29 matches of the Darwin-based tournament to cricket supporters across Bangladesh.
From 21 to 30 August, 29 of the tournament’s 30 matches will be available across T Sports’ television and digital platforms, with match-by-match broadcast details to be published through the official T Sports TV Guide.
The agreement builds on significant interest in the tournament from Bangladesh, with the 2025 Study NT Top End T20 Series attracting 10.2 million television viewers in the country through T Sports coverage.
That audience will again have the opportunity to follow the Bangladesh High Performance team, which returns to Darwin for a third consecutive year after first competing in the Series in 2024 and reaching the grand final in its debut campaign.
The Series has also provided Bangladesh supporters with an early look at players progressing through the national pathway, with several members of previous Bangladesh touring squads subsequently establishing or strengthening their place at senior international level.
The 2026 competition will bring together Bangladesh HP, New Zealand A, Nepal, HH Kingsmen Academy, ACT Comets, NT Strike and Academy squads from the Adelaide Strikers, Hobart Hurricanes and Cricket Victoria.
The broadcast agreement further strengthens the connection between the Top End T20 Series and one of its largest international audiences, while giving Bangladesh supporters a dedicated destination to follow the tournament throughout its 10 days.

“Bangladesh has become an important part of the Study NT Top End T20 Series, through both the involvement of the Bangladesh High Performance team and the support the tournament has received from fans,” Dovey said.
“To attract more than 10 million television viewers in Bangladesh through T Sports last year demonstrated the level of interest in the Series and the strength of the cricket audience in Bangladesh.

“The Bangladesh High Performance team has made a strong contribution to the tournament over the past two years, and we have also seen players who competed in Darwin go on to establish themselves at international level.

Played during Darwin’s dry season, the Study NT Top End T20 Series provides domestic and international teams with an opportunity to extend their playing window through high-quality T20 competition in Australian conditions.
Each team will play six regular-round matches before the top four progress to Finals Day on Sunday, 30 August.
The top-ranked team will play fourth and second will face third in the semi-finals, with the winners progressing to the grand final later that day.
The tournament will feature 30 matches in total, with 29 included in the broadcast schedule. The Country Clash at Freds Pass will be the only match not broadcast.
Matches will be played at DXC Arena, TIO Stadium, Gardens Oval and Gerry Wood Oval across Darwin and Palmerston.

Twenty-nine matches of the 2026 Study NT Top End T20 Series will be available exclusively in Bangladesh through T Sports.
Coverage will be available across T Sports’ television and digital streaming platforms.
