What is the NT Cricket Blast Hub?
The NT Cricket Blast Hub is the perfect starting point for kids who are new to cricket or just want to give it a go in a fun, pressure-free environment.
Designed and delivered by NT Cricket, this 4-week program introduces kids to the basics of cricket through games, movement, and teamwork, not drills or competition.
Our focus is simple.
Fun first. Skills follow. Confidence grows.
This program is the first step in the junior cricket pathway and leads directly into the Woolworths Cricket Blast program and local junior clubs.

What kids will experience
Each 60-minute session is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and smiling.
Your child will:

Safety and inclusion are at the heart of the NT Cricket Blast Hub.
To support kids of all abilities, we use:

Plastic bats and rubber balls

Softer balls in different sizes

Modified games so every child can succeed
Our coaches focus on what kids can do, helping them build skills and confidence in their own time.
Supported by local cricket clubs
All seven local cricket clubs are involved in supporting the program, helping families understand the next steps into junior cricket once the program finishes.
This makes the transition into ongoing cricket simple, welcoming, and stress-free for both kids and parents.
